Terms & Conditions & FAQ

Advance or credit card payments are accepted.
Delivery takes place by registered mail (plus postage fees of only € 5 per order from Germany, or € 7 per order from abroad).

We also try to fulfil orders with late payment, but in this case can no longer guarantee the reservation status for seats. If the status is negative, the paid amount will of course be refunded.

Tickets will be delivered BY REGISTERED MAIL after receipt of payment. If the postman does not find anyone at home, he will leave a notification and the delivery can be picked up at the nearest post office within 5 working days.

Tickets are sent at the customer's risk. The sender is only liable to the extent of the liability of Deutsche Post AG for the respective form of delivery.
In case incorrect address details have been provided or the consignment has not been collected from the post, we will carry out two further delivery attempts. The customer is then obliged to contact us e.g. to provide a new delivery address.

A check for completeness of the delivery and corresponding complaint must be made within 14 days after successful delivery by the post office. We reserve the right to refrain from processing complaints submitted after this deadline.

Travel expenses will not be reimbursed in the event of cancellation or postponement of an event. We kindly ask you to enquire prior to your departure whether the event will take place as scheduled at: www.fkpscorpio.com.

Can I return tickets?

The conversion or retraction of admission tickets is generally excluded. Only in case of cancelled shows, which do not provide an alternative date, it is possible to refund admission tickets. In this case the ticket agency, who sold the tickets, is able to refund the net cost in exchange for the original admission tickets. This does not include shipping costs and booking fees.
If the tickets have been purchased in our web shop, the buyer is obligated to pay the costs for reshipment.
In case of ticket loss a refund or replacement is not possible.
In case of events being relocated or postponed, the organiser is able to declare the originally purchased admission tickets for said event valid for the rescheduled date or venue of the event in question.
In case of relocations or postponements of events, a return of admission tickets or a reversed transaction of the purchase is not possible, unless it is a verifiably unreasonable effort for the buyer to attend said event.
This does not apply if the organiser is accountable for the relocation of an event.

There is no right of revocation for the purchase of tickets for contracts concluded outside our business premises or for distance contacts. According to the provisions of § 312g Para. 2 Sentence 1 No. 9 BGB [German Civil Code], this is excluded, inter alia, for services in the field of leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific time or a certain deadline for the provision of the service. The conditions are fulfilled upon the purchasing of tickets for our events. Each order of tickets is thus binding immediately upon receipt of a separate acceptance confirmation (“booking confirmation”) from FKP Scorpio Konzertproduktionen GmbH, and the customer is obliged to accept and pay for the ordered tickets. The right of cancellation pursuant to § 649 BGB [German Civil Code] is excluded.

What does PC actually stand for?
PC is the abbreviation for price category.

Which offers are there for people with disabilities?
We would like to enable all music lovers to participate in our events and have therefore put great effort into making the event as relaxed as possible, also for disabled guests.

In principle, all our events enable wheelchair users and visitors with a severely disabled pass, disability code B, to take one accompanying person with them free of charge. The accompanying person does not need an own ticket, but receives on-site access on presentation of the severely disabled person's pass with the corresponding code.

Attention: For major events or events with seating, there are usually special places for guests with disabilities. In this case, tickets will not be purchased at the official advance booking offices, but exclusively via our e-mail: barrierefrei@fkpscorpio.com.

In case of any questions or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact our service team via e-mail at: barrierefrei@fkpscorpio.com.

Under what conditions can teenagers attend a concert themselves?
Adolescents aged 16 years and older can attend our concerts (›dance events‹) until midnight without adult accompaniment - younger teenagers can only attend in exceptional cases subject to special regulations. Hereinafter, please find the corresponding excerpt from the Youth Protection Act:

§ 5 Dance events

(1) Children and adolescents under the age of 16 may not attend public dance events unless accompanied by a custodial person or a person with parental authority. The time limit for adolescents aged 16 and over is midnight.
(2) By way of derogation from para.1, children may be present until 22h00 and young people under 16 until 24h00 at dances organised by a recognised youth welfare office or for the benefit of artistic activities or programmes to promote tradition.
(3) Extraordinary permits may be issued by the competent authority.

Children under the age of 6 may not attend public dance events even if accompanied by a custodial person or a person with parental authority. We will inform about exception to this regulation for specific events separately.
